Founded by dedicated pet lovers with deep roots in the Palm Springs area and a strong commitment to community engagement, our gay-, Latino-, and locally-owned business is built on the principles of compassion, professionalism, and giving back.

Our Team
Pet Care N Services was founded to ensure your pet companions are cared for with the utmost love while you focus on the things in life that never stop. Work, vacation, a night out, a ballet performance, the campaign rally; the list never ends!
All associates are trained, vaccinated, background checked, covered by our insurance, and a true lover of animals.
Our Pets
Oh yes. We have pets, TOO! While William, Nathaniel, and all our associates are busy taking care of your babies, many of us have pets too.
Pictured here are Josecito the desert tortoise, and Matilda, the "neighborhood cat." All Pet Care N Services team members believe in the longevity of pet adoption, but Josecito and Matilda pulled a reverse adoption on Nathaniel and William when they both showed up at the gent's doorstep without so much as a call!

Our Founders
Nathaniel and William met in mid-2023 and found out pretty quick that they shared a mutual love of animals.
William, Founder
William brings a diverse background in community involvement and financial education to Pet Care N Services. A native of the Palm Springs area, William has lived in various places but always returns to his hometown to give back to the community where his mother and family reside. During his tenure at Bank of America, William served as a Better Money Habits Volunteer Champion, Chair of HOLA Workplace Environment for the San Diego Chapter, and played an active role in financial literacy programs. He also volunteered with United Way of Santa Barbara, participating in events such as VITA (tax preparation for low-income communities).
Nathaniel, GM
Nathaniel is the business heart of Pet Care N Services. With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Nathaniel brings not only a wealth of business acumen and experience, but also his own love of animals. Nathaniel was born and raised in San Diego and has focused much of his career in health care, with a focus on removing barriers to access on life-changing therapies. Over the last two decades, Nathaniel has been an avid supporter of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance for nearly a decade, has volunteered at the San Diego Humane Society, and is a Director of his alma mater's 501c(3) Foundation.
On a more personal note, William has a deep connection to his own dogs. His beloved dog, Milka, who is 17 years old, lives with his mother. Milka, now in her golden years, faces challenges with her vision and mobility, but she is surrounded by love and receives the utmost care. This personal experience has taught William the importance of an stress-free life for our animal companions, inspiring him to start Pet Care N Services after a successful career in banking.
Nathaniel grew up with pets in the home and in daily life since birth: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. His favorite, though, are cats. Nathaniel feels blessed to have been able to care for too many cats to count in his life, so he's currently taking a break on having his own and instead is lending his cat-xperience to the Pet Care N Services team! Nathaniel spends his free time in the backyard with Josecito and Matilda, and trying to stop the hummingbirds from killing one another on any of the six feeders.
William holds a Certificate in Dog Emotion & Cognition from Duke University.
Nathaniel holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration from the California State University.
